Relax with this simple tutorial and learn some fresh effects. It is really abstract!
In this tutorial, we will create an abstract effect like this:  Step 1: Create a new 800x800 pixels document with these settings: 
Step 2: Set your foreground to # 00fd06 and background to #0c7d0e 
Use the Gradient Tool(G) with Diamond Gradient option to draw a line like this: 
Step 3: Go to Filter > Distort > Wave and select Square option  Step 4: Go to Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates and select Rectangular to Polar option 
Step 5: Next, go to Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges and use the default settings 
After this step, we get:  Step 6: No, go to Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates and select Rectangular to Polar again 
Our image will look like this:  Step 7: Press Ctrl-J to duplicate our Background (or right click on the Background layer and select Duplicate Layer) 
Step 8: Go to Edit >Transform > Flip Horizontal to flip our "Background copy" layer horizontally. Now use the Rectangular Marquee Tool(M) and carefully select our left half image 
Now press Delete to clear the selection and press Ctrl-E to merge these two layers. Here is the final result:  * This is a "just for fun" tutorial to help you relax, my friend.
