Learn how to wrap your text with electric effect!
Step 1: Firstly, create a new document with these settings:
Step 2: Fill your document with black. We will do this by pressing D, X to reset your colors and press Ctrl-Backspace to fill your document with black. Use the Horizontal Type Tool(T) and type something you want (with white text color) 
Step 3: Duplicate your "Style" layer by pressing Ctrl-J (or right click on "Style" Layer and choose Duplicate Layer). Go to Filter > Stylize > Wind and choose "From the right" option 
Step 4: Press Ctrl-F twice to repeat this effect. Now we should hide the original "Style" layer to see our effects by clicking on its "eye" icon  Step 5: Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set the radius of 2.0 pixels 
Step 6: Now we will merge this layer with the background. Press Ctrl and left click on the Background layer to select it, press Ctrl-E to merge these two layers 
After this step, your Layers tab will look similar to this 
Step 7: Go to Filter > Stylize > Solarize. Next, go to Images > Adjustments > Auto Levels to make your text brighter 
Step 8: Now we will make the original "Style" layer appear again by clicking on its "eye" icon. Press Ctrl-U to open up the Hue/Saturation dialog box (we do this on the background layer, not original "Style" layer). Make sure to tick on the Colorize check box and use these settings: 
Now our image is similar to this 
Step 9: Double click on "Style" layer to open up the Layer Style dialog box. We will use Bevel and Emboss, Color Overlay and Stroke effects with these settings: + Bevel and Emboss:
